The decorations are up in the TwentyFour IT Services office (Purple & Green obviously). Gifts are being exchanged, carols can be heard being sung from Lucy’s office, and Mike has brought in a batch of his family recipe mince pie. It can only mean one thing: It’s Christmas!!!
It is a time for us to be jolly and merry, something that will not be difficult with both our Christmas Party and the Doncaster Business Awards this year, but it is also a time for our team to spend time with their families and for us to reflect on the past year and look ahead to the future.
Where have these last 12 months gone?
It barely feels like two minutes since we were drafting last year's Christmas message, but in the same thought... we have accomplished a lot as a business over the past 12 months.
Despite increasing costs across all industries, with many businesses (including ourselves) having to increase prices as a result, we have continued, not only to endure but to grow and flourish.
Our user support base has increased by a whopping 25% in 2024, necessitating the need to grow our team by 12 new members of staff in various departments across our 3 offices, signing on local businesses such as Urban Burgers, Barnsdales, People Focused Group, Pass Logistics, Frenchgate Centre, and others over the past year, as well as renewing with existing clients.
We wish a warm welcome to each and every new client who has joined us, not only throughout the local region but also throughout the UK, as well as a heartfelt thank you to our longstanding partners for their continued trust and belief in our support and services. We are thrilled to have the opportunity to work alongside each one of you towards our mutual success!
As well as welcoming so many great businesses to the TwentyFour family, we have also been lucky enough to welcome people from more than 40 different businesses to our Hospitality Box at Castle Park for food, drinks, and the great atmosphere of Doncaster Knights home games, building relationships with local businesses and increasing our brand awareness throughout the local region. This year we continued our sponsorship of Doncaster Knights by becoming the sponsor of the team's training, warmup, and leisurewear kits, as well as refreshing the branding of our box board and driveway board in line with our Brand Awareness campaign.
Speaking of brand awareness, in 2024 we launched our #TwentyFourIn24 Campaign. We’ve done this by revitalising our branding to highlight our vibrant purple and green colour scheme, creating more than 70 educational articles on our website, and more than 500 social posts across the past year.
Doncaster
We also created new roller banners and show stands and new merchandise, such as our highly popular mini rugby balls. We’ve put on talks on Cyber Security and AI in Business, as well as sponsored numerous events such as the “Doncaster, What’s Next?” Business Conference earlier this year. Our marketing team has been working hard, attending numerous networking events and highlighting our incredible internal team through our social media.
All of this has led to significant growth in recognition throughout the local region, as well as a>1.5K follower increase on LinkedIn, more than doubling our web traffic year on year, and leading us to be selected as finalists for Campaign of the Year at the 2024 Doncaster Business Awards. https://www.twenty-four.it/insights/doncaster-business-awards-finalists-2024/
We were also selected as finalists for this year's Partnership of the Year for our partnership with our charity partner Active Fusion, as well as being selected as finalists for Customer Service of the Year for our industry-leading customer service. In the IT Support and SaaS industry, the average CSAT (customer satisfaction) score is only 78% (or 22% dissatisfaction score), but we felt that was way too low. Our average customer satisfaction score over the past year has been a phenomenal 98.3%, with a 99%+ average over the last 90 days.
This can only happen by the amazing hard work and dedication of our entire team, without whom these awards would not have been possible. Yes, we are ‘A people business’. Each is the cornerstone of our business, without whom our continued growth and success would not be possible, and we have no doubt that they will continue to play a pivotal role in our continued success and growth, as will our clients.
This past year has been one of growth across all areas of the business; we have celebrated successes, we have become an instantly recognisable name in the local business community, and we are set up to continue this growth into 2025 and beyond as we celebrate 10 Years of TwentyFour IT Services.
As we look ahead into 2025, we are excited about the possibilities that lay ahead of us. We will be:
As well as;
Which, combined, will contribute to the shared growth and success of our local and wider business community.
To everyone, we wish you the warmest of season's greetings! We wish you a very Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year
Warmest Regards,
Mike, Tony, and the entire TwentyFour Team
