On Tuesday, September 4th, 2024, Doncaster Chamber announced the finalists for the 2024 Doncaster Business Awards, and we are both thrilled and humbled to be announced as finalists in three categories in this year's Business Awards:
Customer Service of the Year
Campaign of the Year
Partnership of the Year
These three finalist nominations highlight the amazing work that our entire team have been doing over the past year or more, and we could not be happier or more thankful for everything that everyone has done to get us to this stage.
At TwentyFour IT Services, we are committed to providing industry-leading customer support to partners, not only throughout the Doncaster region but across South Yorkshire, the rest of the UK, and internationally. Throughout 2024 we are extremely proud to have maintained an average customer service satisfaction rating of 98.3% and above.
Over the past 18+ months, we have completely changed our internal processes and approach to customer service and communication. Throughout the entire ticketing process, we maintain active communication to ensure that users are aware of the stage of their tickets, who is working on it, what is being done and more, ensuring that discovery and update calls are placed with users to keep them up to date and ensure that tickets are resolved in a timely manner. Additionally, 80% of tickets are resolved on the first response by our engineers, with 98% of total tickets resolved within the first hour.
But this is not all, we have improved our account management processes with regular calls as well as quarterly account meetings to discuss how we can better help our partners, their plans for the future, their growth goals, and much more. Helping them to put the solutions and processes in place to help them succeed.
In 2023, we invested in expanding our marketing team, bringing on board an experienced marketing manager (AJ), to improve our overall marketing strategy. Since that time, A.J. & Jordyn have not only developed a cohesive marketing strategy, but have revolutionised our brand identity and brand awareness throughout the local region as part of our “TwentyFour In ‘24” brand awareness campaign.
Through a combined focus of;
One of the many relationships that have grown from our TwentyFour In ‘24 Brand Awareness Campaign is that of our partnership with local charity Active Fusion. Following inviting Lindsy out to one of our networking events in the TwentyFour IT Box at Castle Park, it was clear that we wanted to find ways to be able to give back and support a charity that does so much for children and families throughout our local community.
Just one of the many ways we aimed to support Active Fusion was by providing the charity with the resources and solutions to support them in achieving their mission, providing IT support, cyber security, licencing, monitoring, and much more... completely free of charge, to ensure that they can focus on what matters most, supporting the children of our local community, without having to worry about their IT infrastructure and especially their cyber security, something that is a major concern for charities throughout the UK, especially with 32% of UK charities reporting that they had been the target of a cyber attack in 2023.
The next stage of judging will take place over the coming weeks, with award winners announced on Thursday, December 12th, at the Doncaster Business Awards at Doncaster Racecourse. We wish all the best to all the finalists across all categories.
In addition to our being finalists in 3 categories, we are also sponsoring this year’s Large Business of the Year Award, with this year's finalists being;
