To give businesses of our local region a head start on their digital future, we are offering Doncaster Chamber Members, and Attendees of the Doncaster What’s Next Business Conference, 3 Months FREE Support for businesses who switch your IT Support and Cyber Security to TwentyFour in ‘24.
Cyber Story
In 2023 there were more than 2,030 reported instances of Cyber Crime in Yorkshire and Humber on Businesses alone, which accounted for £19.3Million in financial losses, with the number of unreported instances estimated to be much higher. 2023 saw Cyber Attacks on UK Businesses more than triple, from 2.39M Attacks in 2022, to more than 7.78M Attacks in 2023, with 50% approximately of UK Businesses suffering an attack.
All of this has been impacted by cyber criminals adopting AI to improve on Cyber Attacks and 97% of businesses suffering an attack not having modern solutions in place to protect themselves from these types of attacks. Traditional Signature Based Anti-Virus can only protect from 30-50% of the latest threats, whereas modern solutions such as Endpoint Detection & Response use Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to monitor for unusual, suspicious, or malicious activity and stop it in its tracks.
This year's Doncaster: What’s Next conference will include panels such as “What’s Next for our City Centre,” “People, Place, Planet,” and “Key Doncaster Projects” where attendees are already excited to head more about the Developments with Doncaster Sheffield Airport/DSA, Hybrid Air Vehicles, our City Centre, and other investments coming into the region.
Meet Neo
Another big topic which is sure to be discussed and on everyone's minds is the advent of AI and its impact on business operations, growth, productivity and more. At TwentyFour we have been quietly working away over the past 6+ months to invest heavily in AI and Automation to improve our overall customer experience, reduce lead times, and provide helpful solutions for businesses and end users. Which is why we are excited to announce the upcoming public launch of our IT Support Chat Bot “Neo” across our entire customer base.
We have been trialling Neo with more than 3,000 users over the past few months, training it to be able to help with more support cases, ensuring it has comprehensive security and privileged user management solutions in place, link in with customers environments, ensure that it can perform automated tasks, link with our support desk, and much more. What we have found is that Neo empowers our talented team by handling routine and repetitive tasks. Neo exists directly within our customers Microsoft Teams environment, meaning that they can start chatting with it just like any other colleague for IT Support related queries, and if the bot cannot help directly, it can pass users directly through to available members of our support team to assist with higher level queries.
Best of all, it can be trained on past support cases and even documentation directly within a customer's environment, meaning that it is constantly gaining more knowledge and is better able to help your business to succeed by reducing on downtime and overall IT woes.
What’s Next?
Our investment in AI is also an investment into our workforce and our customers, by allowing Neo to deal with the “Line Zero” support queries or repetitive tasks, it means that our support engineers can dedicate more time to other more unique support queries, reducing lead time, allowing them to invest time into training & furthering their skills, and much more. Our sponsorship of the 2024 Doncaster: What’s Next Business Conference is not only an exciting opportunity for us to interact with leading members of the local business community, but also testament to our commitment to the #DoncasterIsGreat mentality.
We believe that we should not only celebrate the successes of our local business community, but that we should strive to constantly push forward, innovate, and put Doncaster on the map as the centre of business excellence!
