We all need to support our employees and look for ways to help our customers navigate these waters. In the last few weeks, we’ve seen generosity and kindness, intergenerational support and solidarity, and remarkable fortitude. It is during times like these that courage, generosity, and resilience make a difference.
We are working diligently to reduce the risk to our ecosystem, and to ensure that our support and services continue without interruption. So as a business, we are taking precautions to protect our colleagues, by limiting the number of people present in the office at any one time and asking that any clients who need to attend our office, follow social distancing guidance from the government.
Customer support, cloud operations, and Twenty Four Consulting Services are equipped to continue working without interruption. Through the use of technology/online tools, we plan to continue business as usual, progressing toward the proposed milestones and supporting you. Our workforce has access to laptops, RDP / VPN access, and conferencing tools to be able to work from home as needed. We are closely monitoring the situation daily and will adapt our recommendations, advice, and approaches as appropriate.
